We accept both one-time full payment (via all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express) & 0% interest installation plans (via BNPL’s provider – Grab & Atome)

 

How do I amend / cancel my online purchases?

For orders amendments & cancellations, please email to info.sg@ogawaworld.net and quote your order confirmation number within 1 hour of successful transactions. For more information, please refer to Online Purchase Policy.

 

What are the shipping / delivery fees & methods?

Prices of all standard orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website are already inclusive of delivery charges for delivery in Singapore only. Tracking number will be provided via email once order had been processed. Order delivery (except Massage Chairs) will reach ship-to address within 2 – 3 working days.

For Massage Chairs delivery, our Service Team will be in contact with you for delivery arrangement.

Where can I send my product for repair?

You may bring your product to any of our OGAWA outlets (except for Departmental Store Counters) in Singapore to request for a repair. Collection can be arranged at the same outlet. Please bring along the invoice/receipt of purchase for verification of warranty. If the warranty period has expired, our technical support team will contact you for a repair quotation before proceeding with any repairs. Terms and conditions apply.
